VP1-based RV Typing
The seromolecular typing of rhinovirus mainly depends on the
p-distance between the VP1
sequence and the
prototype strain. RVdb developed
the "VP1-based RV Typing" pipeline
based
on the
molecular typing
standards and the constructed high-quality prototype strain data set.
